From the breathtaking views to the delightful culinary experiences, my stay was enchanting! The service was remarkable, with attentive staff ensuring a memorable time. The Premier Sea View Room provided ample comfort for relaxation, especially after enjoying the incredible breakfast buffet! I can't wait to return to this beautiful oasis!

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort with our large breed dog. The private beach access was fantastic, and the stunning sunset views from our Garden View Villa were breathtaking. The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

My wife says that more dog-friendly amenities would be appreciated for a family stay.

I was amazed at the personal touch the staff offered, especially when I asked for a special view. They upgraded my room to a Premier Sea View Room, which had the most amazing ocean views! With Mr Anoop ensuring we were well taken care of.

The Premier Sea View Room had a great size and a fabulous view, but the location was a bit of a hassle—totally hidden away in a corner with tons of stairs. I ended up asking to switch rooms because of that. The first room just felt dated and less inviting than I hoped. Overall, views are amazing, but just make sure your room is more accessible!

The location of The Leela is stunning, right by the Arabian Sea with beautiful views. I loved the club room where I stayed. it was very clean and well-appointed. The infinity pool was a favorite spot, perfect for relaxing. The staff stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness, especially in the club section where the dining area and café were exceptional. The complimentary breakfasts offered a variety of delicious vegetarian options, making every meal enjoyable. However, several aspects need improvement. The reception staff often seemed overwhelmed and struggled with basic requests. Communication was poor. I had to remind them multiple times about simple tasks. Room service was inconsistent, and on a few occasions, my requests were mishandled. The internet connection was slow, which was disappointing given the quality of the hotel. Although my experience with the food was mainly positive, a few family members mentioned the lunch options outside lacked quality. It seemed like the menu wasn’t accommodating enough for guests with dietary restrictions, which could use some enhancements. I also experienced delays when calling for assistance after an accident. While the staff were friendly, their responsiveness needs attention, especially for urgent matters.

Perfect getaway with great service!

We spent 3 nights relaxing at this beautiful resort. The room was super clean, and the staff was really nice, especially Sujith in the restaurant who made our dining experience awesome. The only bummer was the food menu felt a bit limited, we were craving more North Indian dishes. Overall, a great place to unwind!

Had an amazing time with friends at this hotel! The views were stunning, and we enjoyed great meals while exploring the local area, like visiting the nearby beach and historic sites. Just a heads up, breakfast can get crowded, so plan ahead.

A prime choice for a brief sojourn in Thiruvananthapuram with high value for money. Rekha was genuinely helpful and always available to support us during our stay. Make sure to ask about the concierge packages for more fun activities.
